MACH & MACH offers a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that the security seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and dust bags, ensuring they are securely packed inside the shipping carton provided.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the exterior of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location and retain your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our atelier.
